I recommend to close a travel cancellation insurance.

Insurance

The personal insurance protection is in the responsibility of the participants. The participant is also obliged and responsible for an adequate insurance cover as a mandatory and for the booked package valid accident and health insurance. Further I recommend to close a travel cancellation insurance and the membership of the Swiss Air Rescue REGA society as patrons, as this membership includes insurance coverage regarding rescue and recovery costs.

Legal Issues / Liability / Damages

As a international certified mountain guide, I guarantee you the greatest possible safety in the mountains. But as an outdoor activity taking place in the nature never can be excluded in spite of appropriate care and professionalism, all the risks. By booking you accept residual risks and dangers, and waive any claim for damages and other claims against the organizers (in this mountain guide Stefan Joller).

Program changes

As an outdoor activity, skiing and mountaineering are exposed to meteorological influences, what is on one hand part of the fascination of mountaineering, on the other hand entails short-term program changes. So I'm taking the right to make changes to such programs in appropriate circumstances, and I'm always trying to put together an adequate program. Any additional costs are for the full responsibility of the participants.

Jurisdiction

For all disputes exclusively Swiss courts have jurisdiction, regardless of the nationality of the participants as well as also of the place of incident. Jurisdiction is Luzern, Switzerland.
